Most CSR education spend never reaches a rural classroom. DLI Foundation exists to close that gap, one school at a time, with the same team accountable from proposal to expo.
De' Lead International has spent years designing coding, robotics and AI programmes for schools and companies. DLI Foundation takes that same operating capability and points it at government and tribal schools that would otherwise never see this quality of STEM education — funded by CSR partners, endorsed by state education bodies, and tracked in the open.
We don't broker the work out to subcontractors. Curriculum design, trainer recruitment, kit procurement, government liaison, session monitoring and the closing expo all sit inside one accountable team, which is also why the same funder has come back for four consecutive phases.

We work with DIET and the education department to shortlist government/tribal schools, then run an orientation ideathon and written test to select roughly 30 students per school from cohorts of 300–400 applicants.
A multi-month, hands-on curriculum — electronics, coding fundamentals, AI-assisted building — delivered on real kits inside the school, with our own trainers and a real-time progress portal the funder can check any day.
Every phase closes with students pitching working prototypes to an external jury, followed by a board-ready impact report built from the same session records the funder had visibility into throughout.
